1. Definitions
"Kuvera", "we", "us" refers to Kuvera Jewels Pvt. Ltd. (Estd. 2016), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 in India, with a family legacy in the Indian jewellery trade since 1984. "You", "buyer" or "user" refers to the person browsing or purchasing on this site.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering a contract under Indian law to place an order. By ordering, you confirm the details you provide are accurate.
3. Pricing — Live Bullion Rates
- Gold and silver prices on Kuvera fluctuate daily and are anchored to All India Bullion Association (AIBA) published rates.
- The price you see at the moment of order confirmation is the price you pay — it is locked and included on your GST invoice.
- Certain devotional or oxidised silver pieces are sold on fixed retail pricing (clearly indicated on the product page).
- All prices include 3% GST unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors caused by system glitches. In such rare cases, we will contact you to confirm before dispatch, and offer a refund if the corrected price is not acceptable.
4. Product Descriptions & Weight
- Gross weights displayed are indicative. Every finished piece is weighed on a certified electronic scale before dispatch, and the final invoice reflects the actual weight.
- Colour of jewellery in photos may vary slightly from the physical piece due to screen calibration and lighting.
- All gold is BIS-hallmarked. All silver is 925-certified. Certificates accompany the shipment.
5. Order Acceptance
An online order is an offer to purchase. Kuvera reserves the right to accept or decline an order at its discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, incomplete address, unavailable stock). If declined, any amount charged is fully refunded within 5–7 business days.
6. Payments
- All payments are processed exclusively through our secure PhonePe payment gateway.
- We do not store any card, UPI, wallet or bank credentials.
- COD is currently unavailable on precious metals.
7. Shipping, Returns & Exchange
Governed by our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Exchange policies. Placing an order implies acceptance of both.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on kuverajewels.com — including designs, photographs, logos, illustrations, text and code — is the property of Kuvera Jewels Pvt. Ltd. and protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, resell or exploit any of it without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Kuvera's liability on any order is capped at the invoice value of that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, sentimental damages or delivery delays caused by force majeure events (natural disaster, riot, strike, courier network failure, government action).
10. Prohibited Use
- You agree not to place fraudulent orders, use another person's payment instrument without authorisation, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the site, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Kalyan, Maharashtra.
