We offer complimentary insured shipping across India on all orders — no minimum cart value. Every Kuvera parcel is fully insured from our vault to your doorstep.
Dispatch Timelines
- In-stock items: dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
- Made-to-order pieces: dispatched within 7–15 business days (indicated on the product page).
- Devotional & fixed-price silver items: usually shipped within 48 hours.
Estimated Delivery
- Metros (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune): 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- Tier-2 cities: 4–6 business days.
- Remote / North-East / hill regions: 6–10 business days.
- Exact delivery date will be confirmed by our courier partner once the order is dispatched.

You will receive a dispatch email with the courier name and tracking link. You can also track any order anytime at kuverajewels.com/track-order using your order number and email or mobile.
Signature on Delivery
- All orders above ₹10,000 require the addressee's signature on delivery.
- For orders above ₹1,00,000 we send a valid photo ID verification request via SMS before final dispatch.
Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address
Please verify your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery or the recipient being unavailable across 3 attempts, we will contact you to arrange a re-dispatch. Actual re-dispatch shipping cost may be charged if the address was inaccurate.
International Shipping
Kuvera currently ships within India only. International shipping is on our roadmap — please write to us at kuverajewels@gmail.com to register your interest.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is currently disabled for precious metals. All orders are prepaid via UPI, cards, net-banking or wallets through our secure Cashfree payment gateway.
